Russia is currently selling it's oil at 79-80 USD/barrel (WTI Crude is at 84 USD/barrel)… Oil price is only slightly higher 1 year ago at around 90 USD/barrel.

The supposed price cap is 60 USD/barrel is clearly not a real thing that is implemented or could be implemented.

While USD/Russian Rubles is trading 60% higher than it was last year. (1 USD = 96.90 RUB right now, vs 1 USD = 60.50 RUB 1 year ago). (which means Russian Ruble is depreciating/becoming weaker)
