Rubles is depreciating against all currencies. (not just USD)

Thus my point (and the question): is Russia getting richer or not?

If you do some basic maths:
They were selling at 5445 rubles per barrel a year ago.
Today, they are selling 7752 rubles per barrel.

So thus my question. Are they richer or not richer? Are they importing enough to negate that increase in "rubles income"?
