Its a very weird ultimatum….

Russia was already banned from Olympics in 2020. And thats despite Russia is one of the "strong" Olympic countries, ranking 4th in 2016.

Ukraine had 2 goals, 5 silvers and 10 bronze in 2016, behind Kazakstan, South Africa….

I dont think Russia will be in Olympics 2024. So its a moot point.

Russia had announced the BRICS Games. So…..
