Location of Ukraine flag at Robotyne + Oddities
Location of the drone video of the Ukrainian flag raised on a L shape building, is in the southern half of Robotyne.
However, it is also important to note that, there is literally no soldiers (Russian or Ukrainian) seen in that footage.
Which MAY suggest that the position is still largely a grey zone; flag might be raised by a raiding force to plant the flag on the building before retreating to secured lines.
