My opinion is simple: no, if you can't win the war and get geopolitical support for your position.
#Armenia have ZERO support from anyone in their claims of Karabakh – which made worse by their own statements claiming that indirectly that Karabakh is not their territory, and they are just there to protect Armenians.
Given that Armenia WERE the AGGRESSOR at the fall of USSR to conquer these lands but yet failed to diplomatically gain support internationally to support their claims – then whatever they do is just mistakes waiting to boil over into a disaster.
