European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen is to arrive in Ukraine's capital on Nov. 4, the EU press service in Ukraine confirmed to the Kyiv Independent.
The head of the EU's executive arm is expected to deliver an address in the Verkhovna Rada, according to lawmaker Yaroslav Zhelezniak.
