There are no greater authorities above sovereign countries. You cannot "declare war" on a country by threatening to arrest a country's leader as an entity and get away with it.

The ONLY real power to punish another country resides in the greatest powers in the world: USA, Russia, China, India… and MAYBE France, UK or by extension EU….

Its all sunshine and rainbow until you step on the toes of one of these major powers.

Thats not even considering Russia have not send assassins to kill off any of these judges from threatening Putin with arrests…. or simply nuke ICC's building off the face of the earth.

Only real Power is power. Dont mistake "titles" as power.
