When this news broke, Singapore just finished its election and is still in political transition to the new parliament. The cabinet is not even announced yet.
As such, no laws can be issued – nor laws are decided without parliamentary debate.
If you noticed, ALL the websites that reported this are random alt sites – no major news network reported on this either. (because it never happened)
This is an information warfare attack and this stupid rumor refuse to die while no one bothers to fact check properly.
