Another thing is, the law that allows the govt to enforce vaccination on anyone or class of people existed from the first version of the Infectious Diseases Act since 1987 (outdated version of the law here: https://sso.agc.gov.sg/Act/IDA1976/Historical/19870330?DocDate=19900323&ValidDate=19870330&ProvIds=P1V-#pr42-)
