This is turning into a PR defeat for Ukraine the more they drag this out….
Russia actually ID-ed all 6000 KIA ukrainian soldiers (Russia announced this previously) – they literally know who each of the dead is… making it very hard for Ukraine to declared these MIA and avoid paying compensation….
